Klariton Documentation
Status labels: Features are marked as LIVE when they are usable today and COMING SOON when they are planned or available only in a guided/internal setup. This documentation should never describe an unavailable feature as self-serve.
Klariton turns product, brand and support knowledge into governed answer units and publishes them through small, embeddable touchpoints. It is not a replacement for your shop, CMS or support stack. Klariton sits above your existing site and helps you answer customer questions with sources, personas, safety checks and measurable AI visibility.
The Product Model
Section titled “The Product Model”The core workflow is:
Connect data -> build a knowledge base -> define personas -> create a touchpoint -> generate BIQs -> review and publish -> embed touchpoints -> measure -> improve
- Connect data from Shopify, CSV/API, documents and URLs.
- Maintain products and materials as the factual source base.
- Structure touchpoints with layers and folders.
- Define personas to steer question selection, vocabulary and analysis.
- Create touchpoints with the guided wizard.
- Generate BIQs: curated question-answer units with source evidence.
- Review and publish only the answers you are willing to show publicly.
- Embed touchpoints such as FAQ widgets, legacy advisors and later chat/infobox experiences.
- Measure customer questions, leads, AI-crawler reads, conversions, budget and quality.
- Improve by promoting real questions, closing material gaps and resolving SafeGuard findings.
