27. Klariton Assistant

The Klariton Assistant is an in-app, read-only helper. It answers questions about your organization’s Klariton data and links you to the relevant Studio areas.

You can ask questions such as:

  • How many BIQs are still drafts?
  • Where do I have material gaps?
  • How is my chat reach?
  • Which products have no BIQs?
  • What should I fix before going live?

The assistant can explain data and suggest next steps. It cannot change, delete, publish, or approve anything.

For GDPR reasons, an owner or admin must enable the assistant under Settings -> Assistant before use.

The settings page explains that aggregated organization data is sent to an AI provider for analysis. End-customer data such as lead emails or names should not be transmitted.

You decide which aggregated sources the assistant may access:

SourceWhat it includes
Reach & metricsActivation, funnel, bot reads, and aggregated KPIs.
BIQs & contentCounts, lifecycle, confidence distribution, and content state.
PersonasPersona list and configuration.
ProductsProduct catalog names, counts, manufacturers, and related summary data.
MaterialsMaterial titles, counts, and processing status.

If a source is disabled, the assistant should not use it. If the assistant cannot answer because a source is disabled or data is missing, it should say so.

The assistant can:

  • summarize metrics,
  • explain why a KPI is empty,
  • point to SafeGuard or Test Center,
  • suggest which content to review next,
  • link to relevant Studio pages.

The assistant cannot:

  • publish BIQs,
  • edit products or material,
  • change settings,
  • invite team members,
  • delete data,
  • activate Chat Advisor.
  • Enable only the sources your team actually wants analysed.
  • Use the assistant for first-pass interpretation, not final compliance decisions.
  • Do not paste personal customer data into assistant questions.
  • Verify important recommendations in the underlying Studio view.
  • Disable access if the assistant is not needed.
