Safety And Readiness

Trust Center Confirm mandatory notices, complete the self-test, and activate Chat Advisor deliberately.
SafeGuard Find BIQs that contradict material, lack support, or violate Brand Voice rules.
Test Center Stress-test the real chat with typical questions, edge cases, and security attacks.
Status Labels
Section titled “Status Labels”Docs use simple status labels:
- LIVE means the product surface exists today.
- PARTIAL means the area exists but some workflow or attribution is still incomplete.
- COMING SOON means the feature is planned or guided, not generally self-serve.
